Many Before and Afters

This is a house that we were hired to update before the client puts it on the market. We had a GREAT time transforming this diamond in the rough.

No more mauve

These before and after pictures speak for themselves.

Window treatments to match Debbie's flowers. (See next Post!)

I'm going to have to get better pictures of these window treatments. The pictures don't do them justice. This room was TOO white. White cornice with white blinds. We replaced the blinds with bamboo shades and made window treatments to compliment the paint color and cornice. The effect of the whole softened the whole room.

Debbie did it again!

Once again Debbie captured the "feeling" of fabric and recreated it in a floral arrangement.

Worth the wait!

This client gave me her fabric BEFORE Thanksgiving. The only thing she didn't have was the brown velvet ribbon. I spent WEEKS looking for the brown velvet ribbon. I needed several yards so it was hard to find enough of it in one place. Wilson 5 and 10 came to the rescue. They were able to call other stores in the area and find me enough. These two euro shams will be monogrammed. The smallest pillow is woven velvet ribbon. The bed skirt (not pictured) is brown with a three inch lip of the teal and green fabric on the bottom.
This is the bathroom window treatment. I folded the top lip down to give it a little bit more personality. Eventually we will reverse the colors in the bedroom. Making the bathroom ceiling brown and the walls blue.

Notice the beautiful blue ceiling.

This is onion fringe sewn on top of brown velvet ribbon.

We mounted the window treatments high to make the window "appear" larger.
